Good morning, A full size bed rail set would take a full size box spring and full size mattress. Full size mattresses measure 54&rdquo; X 74&rdquo; and fit easily in standard bedrooms and guest rooms.

Hello: Child Craft bed rails do include three mattress slats when you receive them. Please be reminded that you will also need a full mattress set, consisting of a box spring or jump board and a full size mattress. Thank you!
