Love that they come in a pack of two. These pads are so soft and incredibly absorbent which is GREAT and perfect when they are against the breast. Unfortunately, when you fold your bra down to nurse the adhesive on these does not hold them in place and they often get lost in your bra. I have also noticed that where they DO adhere, they tend to leave a sticky residue behind when they are removed, which is incredibly painful when it gets stuck to already sore nipples. They were comfortable to wear and kept me dry during the day and night. I like that they weren't individually wrapped like the other brands. I like that they are packaged in pairs, it feels less wasteful than other brands that are packaged individually.
