<span itemprop="description">so disappointing! just opened it for Christmas, the torch did not turn on with new batteries. completely useless with this main component. the toy also looks to be discontinued so i couldn't even exchange it at my local store. also bad customer service at my that location, made this entire experience one huge let down which i will add onto the pandemic's list</span>

<span itemprop="description">We got it as a gift. The torch keeps turning off itself for no reason, we tried new batteries/rechargeable batteries etc. It just turns off. Kids played it for couple of round and they were disappointed!</span>
