My baby has no trouble pulling it to extend the cord, which hangs just as well over a car seat as in a stroller. The vibration was a surprise, and a delight for everyone! I appreciate the fabric around the pull cord to keep it from tangling.
The extras dangling below the "bread" are very nice, offering various visual and tactile interactions. This has fast become baby's favorite toy!
