<span itemprop="description">I was really excited when I found this travel system in store, seemed easy to use and worked well. However, after just four months it’s been nothing but disappointing.. The front tire constantly locks to the point it is pretty much impossible to use this stroller indoors while grocery shopping, at the mall etc. It has become so difficult to maneuver both inside and outside, this stroller is a huge safety hazard if I were going to try to jog with it - which I would not risk doing at this point. We spent a lot of money on this and I’m feeling like I could have gotten something better spending half the money that we did. I really really hope Graco will rectify this because Babies r Us doesn’t allow returns. I want to take
my baby for walks in the stroller but it is a nightmare to do so with this one.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I see so many reviews about the front wheel locking and I'm curious what Graco is doing in response. Please take the reviews seriously before forking out this much money. I'm super frustrated because I loved this stroller in store, but the front wheel moves to the left or locks in place constantly. If you were to actually jog with this, it would jam and could cause injury. For the price you pay for this system, it is not worth it and I really hope Graco is going to rectify this! 800+ should easily mean a working and functional stroller. I was hoping to use this stroller on trails and for running but I’m nervous to, and I had to go out and purchase another stroller. Now I have two strollers? One that doesn’t work (thanks graco) and an uppa baby which is fantastic but isn’t what I wanted for trails and such. Do not buy this product!! I loved the one in store but the one I took home has the same issues as most people here complain about. I’m really disappointed because I truly did love this stroller in store.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This stroller is extremely frustrating and difficult to push as the front wheel swivels too much and goes 90 degrees on you so you can’t physically push the stroller. You can lock the wheel but then you have to lift the front to get around corners. I wish I would’ve been able to test out the maneuvering of this stroller in more detail to realize this at the time of purchase.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Saw a lot of negative reviews so I thought I’d give mine. I really enjoy my stroller, it is good on pretty much all terrains. You do have to periodically pump up the wheels as they are more like bike wheels (which is why they are good on all different terrains vs the smaller wheels that other strollers have). I was worried about all the reviews but when I spoke to someone working at babies r us he went through all the complaints with me and here are the fixes: the front wheel will “lock” sometimes - make sure that the wheel is out of the lock position and also when you first get the stroller take the front wheel OFF and you will see there is a little plastic thing on the inside that you absolutely need to take off or the wheel won’t work properly. Another helpful tip I received is when you take the front wheel off the stroller, get a little grease (bicycle grease from the chains) and rub it on the metal part that attaches the wheel to the stroller. After doing these things and making sure the wheels are always pumped, it works perfectly for me and I love it. It is quite big though, so it can be heavy to lift and also i had to put down some of the back seat to fit it in the trunk (I have a small car though). Overall, I really do like it and I hope you try it in store before listening to all the negative reviews.</span>

When I got pregnant again I read reviews about it, it didn't seem as much of a problem anymore, so I thought great! They fixed it!
Nope! The front wheel does not follow the stroller at all, which makes it very unsafe. It will work fine all of a sudden and then the front wheel goes sideways and the stroller comes to an abrupt halt. Worst decision to go with a graco jogger again.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Such a disappointing investment. We thought a jogger stroller would be great for all terrains, but the front wheel on this stroller is infuriating (we read reviews that said the front wheel was problematic but didn’t think it would be this bad). Regardless of the setting on the front wheel, it turns and causes you to jam the stroller into the ground. It’s the worst on interior floors (e.g., mall or grocery). We have to tip stroller off front wheel and push it on rear wheels only most of the time. For such a big, important investment, do not buy this stroller. Great that it can convert in so many ways and it is easy to collapse and open. Wish there was a full coverage canopy when using just the car seat in the stroller.</span>
