This product has been great for us! Living in a small apartment I am all about multi-purpose products and this combination of bassinet/changing table/playard was a great space saver! Unfortunately our bedroom is too small to have the full setup near our bed but we used the bassinet bedside and it was light enough to move around when we wanted to have a safe, portable place for the baby to sleep. I also love that the changing table has a convenient storage area attached - makes it so much easier to have everything in reach! We haven't needed the playard portion yet, but imagine we will use it whenever we travel and as our son gets bigger. Changing table that's easily wipeable, portable seat that's easy to move baby from one room to another without walking them up. I absolutely love the side storage so I can keep diapers &amp; wipes within reach &amp; without making my area look cluttered. If your portable seat is in a different room no worries there's a basinet feature as well! Once baby outgrows all the infant accessories this then converts to a pack n play play yard. I have folded this up a few times and used it to travel with once. It folds easily &amp; the physical play yard has wheels so you can move it between rooms easily as well. I've moved it from our open concept livingroom to kitchen area to keep a better eye on baby &amp; it was a breeze to move. My favorite part of this play yard is the portable seat feature my child just loves to be in it. I currently use this playard daily as a safe place to put baby down when I&rsquo;m cooking meals or feeding his 18 month old big brother; as a way to safely transport baby around the house as big brother plays in different rooms; and as a place to change baby. The removable bassinet (my favorite feature) has been especially convenient as it easily pops on and off so that baby can be comfortably and safely transported around the house. The actual playard itself also has wheels and is light, so I find myself moving the entire playard to different rooms (NOT while baby is occupying it of course!). Since this is a full size playard, we will be able to continue to enjoy it as baby grows up! It was easy enough to set up, though I did need to refer to the manual on a few points. It feels very sturdy and well built, and I have no concern over the quality of the Pack n' Play. The removable bassinet is a very convinent &amp; innovative feature on Graco's part. The pull over blind is helpful to keep it a little darker for my newborn's sensitive eyes. It also detaches fairly effortlessy- so you don't have to wake your baby when moving them from the Pack n' Play to another room. It was perfect for me to be able to bathe my toddler while still keeping my newborn napping nearby! The changing table is also quite nice, though compared with traditional changing tables it is hard on your back due to the lower height. So if you rely on this one for most diaper changes, you'll have to watch your posture or risk having bad back pain. In addition, only the bottom of the table is truly wipable. I wish the sides were the wipable material as well or otherwise removable. A few things I would maybe add to a new model is a toy mobile overhead and perhaps something like a detachable wet bag or trash bag for diapers. But overall, this has all the bells and whistles you need. I also have been using the space under the changing pad as storage for blankets, burp cloths, and changes of clothes, and it's really nice to be able to have it all tucked away! Overall I would certainly recommend to any new parent. It's a functional, multi-purpose, (and cute!) addition to our growing arsenal of baby items.
