I washed it and placed it with the rest of the things I had to buy. Baby arrives and I try and swaddle her. It's way too big despite the newborn size. She kept breaking out of it and it was coming up over her head. I didn't know what was wrong (Halo had worked for me with my other child), so I purchased other swaddle brands. Weeks later when I call Halo I finally discover that the swaddle I purchased was faulty: the right wing was 50% longer than it was supposed to be. Halo REFUSED to replace it. I was very disappointed in their customer service. I then went to toys r us because I had purchased it there. They also wouldn't replace it without a receipt. In my opinion, a faulty product is a safety hazard for my daughter and an obvious fault of the company. It should be replaced no questions asked.
