<span itemprop="description">I was really excited when we purchased this bassinet, it appeared to check the box everything we wanted and there are things we line about it. I’ll start with that. We love the fully mesh sides, I find it really comforting that I can just open my enter at night and check on her through the mesh and not disturb her by getting up and making noise. The mesh is also great for breathability, I’ve woken before to be her pushed against the side. The under storage is nice along with the wheels. I personally don’t find much use for the canopy attachment so we removed it.
Here’s my issue with is, this is a babies mattress, the are bound to spit up several times and maybe even poop or pee, we have been using this for less than 3 months and washed the foam and cover a handful of times. We learnt the first time that it would be a pain in the butt to wash, the foam inside isn’t attached to the fabric and completely twisted inside and there is no way to access it to flip it around. We tried everything to get it to go flat and no luck so my hubby cut a small hole for my hand to manually try and fillip it around. On top of that, the fabric cover is already falling apart, bad. There are 3 separate holes in it from washing it, it hasn’t even been used for 3 months… I wouldn’t recommend this as the “mattress” cover is horrible quality from our experience. I was hoping to pass this onto my brother for his newborn in March but I’m not going to give him a defective product… we are disappointed for sure.</span>

We had an ingenuity bassinet with our last child, and gave it away because we thought we were done. This one is definitely an improvement. The cover/hood is a nice addition, as sometimes the light in the room changes and baby needs a bit more shade. the fabric “shelf” underneath is also sturdy enough to put some light baby items on it which is a nice convenience to have. The bassinet is lightweight but still sturdy, and much easier to move from room to room than a pack and play, which we found too wide to do with our doorways. It also folds easily which is nice if you are going to travel with it. Overall this is a wonderful bassinet and I would highly recommend to any parent.</span>

I was also pleasantly surprised that it felt much lighter than I expected based on the size and the addition of the wheels (which lock) are great so you can easily move it. Second, the wheels are a plus, make my life easier to remove it from one place to another. As when it comes to the mattress, there seems to be a generality of hard mattresses for bassinets, they are never soft for some reason, and I have had quiet a few! Also, I wish they made it easier for the battery placement/replacement for the soother. In general it’s a good bassinet, I’ll recommend. Oh and it is super easy to assemble.</span>

I have a small room, and this bassinet is small enough to fit next to my bed but still big enough to hold my baby comfortably, which I love. It was really easy to assemble, and I love that I can easily take it apart if I want to move rooms or take it somewhere else. It is lightweight but sturdy, so I feel safe laying my baby in there. And I love that it has wheels on the bottom so I can roll it anywhere it may need to go. There's a little music box that I can use to sooth my baby. Overall, it's such a great bassinet!</span>

Thanks for reaching out! At Kids2, your safety and the safety of your child is our number one priority. For that reason, you should not use a sheet designed to fit a full-sized crib with the playard. Use of sheets of any size have not been tested and could potentially interfere with the safety Velcro pads and straps on the bottom of the mattress and can pose a suffocation hazard which could result in serious injury or death.
