<span itemprop="description">Pros: Clear picture, split-screen is nice for two kids, different ways to connect (WiFi, Direct Connect), App to use when outside of the house.
Cons: Poorly made software with annoying firmware updates that BROKE my parent unit, absolutely NO SUPPORT after 2 years when the problem is THEIRS, not mine.
I got a lemon for a parent unit originally, and after many emails, videos shared, and complaining they sent me a new one. That second parent unit lasted me 2 years and 1 month and completely died after I was attempting a firmware upgrade while following their absurd directions exactly. The parent unit, which was working fine for 2 years and 1 month, now has a black screen with lighted buttons. There is no way to reset this parent unit, or fix it. Customer Service has told me they will not help me. There are no replacement parts until July and even then I am not spending more money on this baby monitor. I have a 2 year old that I can't monitor properly so now I am in the market for a new baby monitor. There are more affordable options out there that aren't as poorly designed as this one. DO NOT RECOMMEND.</span>
