The keys are very easy to press, and it can be used in either piano mode (where you can press the keys and play it), or song mode (where a song plays when you press any key). The volume is perfect (not too loud, but loud enough), it's simple enough that a baby can play with it, and it plays sweet and beautiful classical music. I would recommend this toy to anybody looking for a great toy for a child.</span>

This version is smaller with five keys and two plastic rings. The wood is flush and there's no buttons, so it's perfect for younger babies. My 5 month old also loves to use the two little circle beads as tethers since they are kind of a rubbery texture. It does not light up or anything it plays music on one setting and on another setting it acts as a piano with 3 keys. Great to clip onto a diaper bag for on the go or use as a every day toy! Perfect for all ages!</span>
