<span itemprop="description">Once I found out I was pregnant I began researching every brand of car seat to make sure I found something that was practical and safe but that was also conducive to our needs living in NYC and I decided on the maxi cosi. From the moment we strapped our newborn in I felt safe and seeing how she did not move while going over potholes made me feel even better. The seat belt from the car crosses over nicely and your baby is nice and snug the entire ride. The only issue I have with this seat is that it's heavy! I honestly would not want to deal with the seat and base alone or have to carry it along with an 8lb baby inside if I had to run an errand or switching cars. Overall I am happy with my purchase.</span>

I ended up w a big baby so very happy with how light this is to start off with as it is heavy w baby! Easy to install and secure into base. Strap adjustment cannot be done with infant in seat you have to do it from back, but overall super pleased w/ quality. In fact I will most likely purchase maxi cosi brand for the next level up</span>

It can be used for a boy or girl since it's neutral. The fabric is soft and it has a good cushioning. It's lightweight which is important to me since I'm not strong and it would make carrying the car seat in and out so much easier. I also got the GB Qbit stroller which fits in perfectly. I'm excited to put this baby gear in use in about 2 months!</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this car seat because honestly it was pretty . It is one of the most expensive car seats on the market . It's most expensive because it is supposedly the most lightweight car seat out . I personally beg to differ . It is very heavy especially with a 10 pound baby inside of it . Once put inside the car it sits too much Upright so you're newborn is positioned very uncomfortably. My babys head would be falling forward. Keep in mind I had a property in stalled by the FDNY . The shade is very floppy and collapses easily .</span>

<span itemprop="description">The car seat is light, it's not too heavy to where I'm struggling to lift it or when my baby is in it I can carrier her around in it. The only thing that I would change is the canopy I wish it wasn't so flimsy. Another thing the back of the car seat comes out far so in a car the seat needs to push forward in order for the car seat to lock in.</span>

<span itemprop="description">So light! Even with the base, and still in the box it was easy to move. I love the fabric Maxi-Cosi uses, it's so easy to keep clean and it doesn't get too hot/cold on the baby. The base is easy to install and it fits nicely with our Maxi-Cosi Pria 85 still rear-facing for our 2 year old. We had Chicco previously for our infant seat but the base would not fit with the rear-facing convertible so I thought we would try this one.</span>
