What posed a challenge was that the pieces were difficult to snap together and break apart. Since he is also a huge Pok&eacute;mon fan, it was a no-brainer to choose this set for him. He was impressed as soon as he opened the box&mdash;he loved the way the three different builds had their own compartments within the package, so it was easy to choose the parts for whichever set he wanted to build. He was able to follow the instructions easily and only needed help once or twice when he struggled to get a couple of pieces to fit together right, but otherwise he completed the builds entirely on his own. He has enjoyed playing with the completed figures and looks forward to displaying them on a shelf in his room once he&rsquo;s finished playing. His only complaints were that the Raichu figure&rsquo;s tail is kind of heavy and makes it difficult for the figure to stand on its own properly, and the Pikachu&rsquo;s tail is gray instead of yellow as it usually is. When he finished, we felt as though he had accomplished something great and spent a few more hours playing with them. They look cool when built, and we like how Raichu &amp; Pikachu's legs can move into different positions. Some things we disliked are: Some of the moving parts for Pikachu &amp; Raichu (such as the arms and tails) fall off often. My son loved putting it together. It's awesome that there is essential three toys in one. They can build each of the characters in the box which makes it more Entertaining.
