These Nuk bottles are simply not the same as the others. I've had to replace 3 bottles because they have cracked and I've never had that issuebe fore. However my daughter likes the nipple and refuses any other nipple, so we have no choice but to keep buying more of these bottles. So much money just wasted. Come next baby I will not be purchasing anymore NUK products. Terrible bottle!</span> <span itemprop="description">The nipple is fantastic! The plastic bottle, however, breaks and cracks extremely easily! My 7 month old dropped (did not throw) one of these bottles while sitting on carpet and it broke in half. The broken edges were very sharp and jagged and he almost bit into it before I ran and stopped him. I breastfed as long as I could and had to change to bottles. Once she got older she took forever to eat so i got a larger nipple of a competitor thinking that would fix the issue. What I found is it was a faster flow but milk would leak out and she would choke all the time when not sucking. I went to the store about bought every bottle with every nipple. Some made her gag some, made her choke because milk kept leaking out when she wouldn't suck. I finally got to Nuk with the slow flow (3 holes) and I could tell a difference right away. Because the holes are on top in the &quot;hump&quot; the milk doesnt leak if she isn't sucking! Also, because there are 3 holes with a normal flow she eats much faster which is just as if she was breastfeeding! My baby enjoys eating now and doesn't think she is going to choke all the time. Thank you for making these! I knocked one off of the counter and it broke, a large hole! I dropped one into the sink while washing and it cracked. I have used them for that entire time. In the last 3 weeks I have had 2 bottles break, while full. I do use a bottle warmer, but was super disappointed they broke. I purchased a 3 pack of 9 oz bottles to replace the broken ones. The new bottles have white writing in the side, where you measure out the amounts. It is almost impossible to see the writing when making bottles. Why the change from dark font. Super frustrated! I have liked these bottles, because they are easy to clean and use. I have a difficult time getting the lids off from time to time.
