<span itemprop="description">I began using this diaper bag mid May when my daughter was born. Fast forward two months later and the bottom of the strap has been completely undone and has fell off. Customer service has been great in sending me a new one of my choice since this one wasn’t in stock however I’ concerned that the same thing will happen to my new one after reading all the reviews about the straps becoming undone. I’m hoping for the best but at this point I’m expecting the worst.</span>
