<span itemprop="description">I started using these in my first trimester when I felt the most nauseous, but continued to use them on off-days in the second and third trimester as well. I found that they worked very well while they are in your mouth, but wear off shortly after they dissolve. Despite this, they were a lifesaver when I was feeling nauseous at work. I definitely recommend trying them if you're struggling with nausea.</span>

I popped one in my mouth nervous it would make me sick, within 2 minutes I felt it working. The sour taste took my mind off my turning stomach, and the flavor is great. Unfortunately I don't know how many you can have a day?! But I would definitely recommend these.</span>
