This package includes a set of four pacifiers uniquely designed with four air holes to prevent skin from getting too moist due to the build up of saliva when your little one sucks on the pacifier. The pacifiers are also encased in a neat carrying case that also doubles as a sterilization base when needed which was extremely convenient and very simple to do. Despite these unique features, unfortunately my baby did not take to the pacifier well. This result has nothing to do with the design and overall functionality of the pacifier. It does exactly what it is supposed to do by keeping your baby&rsquo;s skin dry and the only reason my little one did not take well to the pacifier was simply due to the fact that she&rsquo;s a preemie baby and from her two months spent in the NICU up until now, she was only accepting of one particular brand because of comfort. While she kept the Philips Avent Ultra Air Pacifier for a few minutes , eventually she would realize that something was off and would cry until she would get her normal pacifier which as you can imagine, was very disappointing because of all the unique benefits of this product. With that being said, if you are a mama to a preemie such as myself, it may take a little bit of an adjustment period before your baby gets used to this pacifier. While I love Philips in general, nothing blew me away about this product. Our son took to it without issue at 8 months old, but wasn&rsquo;t his go to pacifier and it would fall out more easily than others while he slept or was in his car seat. Nothing at all to complain about but nothing stood out either. My baby hasn&rsquo;t taken to very many pacifiers, so upon receiving them, I wasn&rsquo;t very optimistic. To my surprise, my baby took right to these pacifiers! The end of the pacifier is so soft, and the design is comfortable for the baby. My baby&rsquo;s mouth stayed dry, so she didn&rsquo;t develop a rash, which was a huge plus! The design is also cute and fun. The pacifiers came with a carrying case, which was so convenient with keeping the pacifiers clean while in the diaper bag, and was also handy for sterilizing. He typically hasn&rsquo;t been too picky with binkies like my oldest was, so we weren&rsquo;t too worried about whether he would choose it. But this one seems really well made, and durable. Some of the others we&rsquo;ve used have been chewed apart, or the ring was torn off (which we were concerned could have been a choking hazard!) but I don&rsquo;t see this as a concern with these. The case was nice as well. I&rsquo;m not sure if the rigidity of these is better or worse from a dental standpoint, but I really like this brand so far. The idea for sterilizing these pacifiers in the case provided is such a great one! It is very easy to do so you can keep up on making sure your child&rsquo;s pacifier is always clean and ready to use. I can see how these pacifiers would be nice for keeping their skin dry and less irritated since there is lots of holes for air flow. The design is very cute, though I would&rsquo;ve preferred to get a more girly look for my baby girl. Unfortunately, my baby does not like this pacifier. She is already used to the design she has been using since birth so she refused to use this. The nipple on it is a different shape than the one she is used to so I assume that&rsquo;s why she doesn&rsquo;t like it. The Philips Avent Ultra Air Pacifier is a must have! My baby girl is picky about her pacifier, but loves these. The soft silicone nipple is similar to her Avent bottle and lets her skin breath with the four large airholes. It also comes with a case to store the pacifier in. I use the case everyday to throw in her diaper bag for extra back up! I have washed/sanitized these pacifier's multiple times. If water is trapped in the nipple, you simply squeeze the water out and let it dry.
