<span itemprop="description">We bought this gate and installed it and had 3 parents try to open this gate but it just doesn't open. I'm sure it isn't defective but just poorly built that it may require HULK to open it. As of date, 3 weeks now it still cannot be lifted and open so we will be returning it. Please don't waste your time to buy it as you will have to spend and waste more time refunding it.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Removal of hardware only the beginning...Installation of this product was not too bad however once installed trying to open, close, slide; WOW it should not be this hard. You should not work up a sweat and then 2 people to figure it out.Once I understood how to work it and how much pressure it took to lock the gate I realized that my mom and all seniors or really anyone with strength issues in arm would have a very hard time.</span>

<span itemprop="description">"Safety 1st", " Customer Experience Last". The user manual for the product is between the two sides of the gate, and the gate is collapsed when you purchase it. So the manufacturer decided to find out how well your problem solving skills are. As you struggle pushing and pulling trying to open the gate, the manual shakes and rattles between the 2 sides of the closed gate teasing you as if it was saying "Come on you can do it". If/When you succeed, the gate opens up and all the answers lie within the manual. You then are so frustrated, you close it all up and immediately return it. This product is garbage in so many ways, pay the extra $10-15 and get a better one.</span>
