It becomes so uncomfortable lying in bed while pregnant (lying on the one side), so the pillow helps alleviate this discomfort and helps provide support to the back, head, and legs.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this pillow when i was in my first trimester and thought it was a waste of money. When I hit about 19 weeks i realized how important it was. I could not sleep without it since then. It aligns my back and provides a comfortable sleep. the only recommendation I have is that you don't get the white one that has the cotton cover. Get the Jersey cover for this, its much softer and easier to remove and put back on than the basic white slip cover. I ended up buying the Jersey cover separately from another store for $30 and I wish i spent the extra upfront for the Jersey cover one from the beginning.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I started getting severe hip pain while I slept at 5 months pregnant. I was skeptical about pregnancy pillows and thought I would make due with regular pillows. At 7 months pregnant my hip pain was unbearable and I finally gave in and bought the Snoogle. It is worth every penny and I slept like a baby! I kick myself for not buying it sooner! All those nights I tossed and turned 1000 times could have been avoided. I wish I wouldn't have been so frugal...it's expensive because it works!</span>
