And thanks to toys r us return policy we cannot exchange or return now that it's open. Except how would I know it's defective if I don't open it?

She is obsessed with Paw Patrol and has many of their toys. Set up was a little difficult but after 30 minutes or so my husband had it all set up. My daughter's favourite part of the tower is the outfit-changing elevator. The slide and vehicle launcher keep her busy for quite a while! The lookout scope is super cute with the interchangeable cards to make various scenes. I can see her playing with this for a ling time to come.</span>

Older kids can also choose from 3 double-sided mission cards, and view through the tower periscope, so they know where to go in their mission. The set includes a slide, the patrol car and action figures.
The children love this. As soon as they saw the box, they went crazy. They recognize their favourite characters from the TV show and immediately wanted to start playing. It took about 15 minutes to set up and was fairly easy. I explained how to use the cards and the periscope and elevator to the younger children and the older one seemed to recognize it and know what to do.
All and all the kids love this. Its providing hours of fun and imagination and although they play it the way it was intended with the periscope and mission cards, they also just play with it using their own imagination. 10/10!</span>
