I finally broached the subject with my OB when it got worse around 28 weeks and she suggested that I get a maternity support belt. I sought this one out and read the reviews. It was about 50/50 between those who found it helpful and those who did not.Within the first hour that I wore this belt, it helped the discomfort almost disappear. I ended the day with little-to-no pubic swelling or tenderness. It does not come apart when I sit down, as some other reviewers have suggested. I walk all day at work but have to sit every now and then for a few minutes (sales consultant), this product did me no good, I have to spend a minute re adjusting it every time I sit, I gave it a try for a few days but it did absolutely nothing to help me. I also find it way too thick to wear all day, it is too stiff and show's allot through clothes ( I work in public and don't need all the comments and questions I'll get all day).
