In an effort to establish sleep cues, we started putting this lotion on her at bedtime after her bath. I run it on her chest, back, arms and legs and also hold my hand with the lotion on it up to her nose so she can smell it. I think it is truly calming! Of course this is not only from the lotion but she has been sleeping through the night since 7 weeks old. I smelled other lavender lotions before purchasing this one and it definitely has the most authentic lavender smell. Natural, non toxic ingredients is also a huge perk. It is so silky smooth too! I would recommend this product to anyone looking to introduce an olfactory sleep cue. I also can't say I haven't used it on myself for my own bedtime aromatherapy. I have repurchased this twice already after my original purchase.</span>
