My LO screamed until the moment I washed it off. I then took the cream and put it on a dry spot of my skin to see what would happen; sure enough it burned so bad that I had to wash it off as well. I'm sure this product is great for prevention, but I will not be using it while LO has a rash</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this cream because it is one of the few out there that are vegan or cruelty-free and available at stores for a reasonable price. I usually use Baby Mantra, but thought I'd give this a try. It goes on great, but unfortunately doesn't protect against diaper rash because it doesn't have anything like zinc oxide to provide that "lock layer" on the skin. If your baby isn't prone to diaper rash, no problem! I will alternate between the Baby Mantra cream and this one.</span>
