Aveeno just gave me exactly what my little one needed ! This cream worked wonders ! The dry patches she had on legs were almost completely gone after applying the cream two days in a row after her bath. This moisturizing cream, made with colloidal oatmeal, looks thick in consistency but it's actually lightweight, extremely easy to apply and it soothes the skin almost instantly. Because it's made for dry skin, there is almost no scent to it which perfectly makes sense since scented products tend to be more irritating for the skin. It's also paraben-free and phthalate-free ! It's not sticky at all if you use the right amount. Less is always better. You don't need to use a lot. I only applied a small amount and rubbed it in and it worked perfectly. I had no issues getting my daughter dressed after applying the cream. If you child suffers from eczema or dry skin, run and get this cream ! I was very excited and very pleased to try the Aveeno baby eczema moisturizing cream. I received the product from Butterly for marketing purposes for my honest review and I can say with absolute certainty that this has been the best eczema cream for my baby that I have tried yet. I've always loved the brand of Vino but had not tried the baby products until now. This baby moisturizing cream for eczema has worked wonders on my 6-month-old baby boy. Only after a few days of using it I noticed that his dry skin started to clear up and his skin became much more hydrated and looked much more healthy and bright. He suffers from slight eczema and the cream has worked wonders on him as he has not had an outbreak and even when he gets a little bit of dry skin this cream takes away the dry skin so quickly it's amazing. The cream is very nice to put on and seeps into the skin very easily as well as it rinses off easily without leaving any residue behind. The cream has a nice natural smell that's not too overpowering and definitely would not cause any reactions to your baby in my opinion. This lotion is great for babies who have sensitive, eczema prone skin. My little guy suffers from eczema and it is a never ending battle to soothe his skin without using stronger, prescription drugs. This Aveeno cream has worked well for him in limiting minor flare ups and maintaining the moisture barrier. When applied to redder areas of the skin, multiple layers would be required to calm down the area and while the patches remained, they would not be as red. It is a good thickness to make it rich, but not so heavy that it becomes sticky. It spreads easily and absorbs quickly, as the babies can be active, moving targets! There is no scent, which is good for delicate skin and we don't worry about applying too much. This cream can be safely used multiple times a day.
