<span itemprop="description">My wife purchased this machine shortly before our son was born. For the first month it was outstanding and reliable. Shortly after the first month, we started receiving frequent red errors indicating that the water was low. There is plenty of distilled water in it and we made sure not to overfill it. I have also attempted cleaning with with vinegar solution with negative results. The thing is unreliable and more of a hassle than it's worth. I have several other baby brezza products which we love. This one is the only disappointment.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I purchased this three months ago to help clean, sterilize and dry bottles. The first time I used it I noticed one of the lights was broken on the timer screen. After the cycle finished i noticed residue where the coating of the baseplate had come off. Subsequently, each time we used it, even though we followed directions and used distilled water, the same thing kept happening. It also wouldn’t do multiple cycles back to back and would automatically shut off. All of this was something I could live with since it was so expensive and I didn’t want to buy something different. However, as of two days ago it won’t even last 2 minutes into a cycle before it shuts off. It still dries but the sterilize function doesn’t work. Very frustrating and disappointing after the cost of this machine and not even 4 months in.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Love the size of this sterilizer but it doesn’t always work well. I’ve only had this sterilizer for 3 weeks and I’m already having issues with it. I try to run it and after 1-2 minutes it stops running and a red tear drop appears on the screen. I keep my sterilizer very clean and use descaler solution every few days. I miss my smaller one-step sterilizer because I never had an issue with it besides the fact it’s on the smaller size which is hard with two babies.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I received this sterilizer as a gift. After 3 months of use it stopped working. I contacted customer service and provided a video and all the photos they requested. I received a replacement (the whole process took about two weeks). In the meantime, I purchased a different brand of sterilizer as I didn't have time to wait. Luckily I did because the replacement I was sent worked 1 time and now won't dry. I contacted customer service and sent photos and videos like before. They requested two additional videos that require a person to stand around while the cycle switches and then be around when the machine stops to show the zeros on the machine with the wet items, problem being as soon as it hits zero the machine shuts off so you literally have to stand around waiting. Would be nice if the company actually believed its customers instead of wasting the time of new parents. It's now been almost a month and I still don't have a sterilizer that works from babybrezza. Save your money and time and find a different brand.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I put this on my registry for my 2nd baby specifically because it advertised being able yo hold 8 bottles and 2 pump parts. I was so excited that I would not be drying and sterilizing my oump parts by hand anymore. However. I use the 24 spectra flanges and they absolutely do not fit in the trays like they are supposed to. I have to either put them in the bottle tray with fewer bottles or run the pump parts separately. I was really hoping this would work out but unfortunately it did not. I am still very happy with the product. I have been sterilizing bottles and parts like a mad woman in preparation for baby's arrival next week and that task would have been infinitely more tedious without this.</span>

<span itemprop="description">We bought this for our son and love it but can’t help to criticize some of the design issues. Specifically the orange pegs that connect to the bottom of the largest container. They get fall out ALL the time. Instead of clicking into the container to make them sturdier they simply slide in and when you have to use larger bottles as the baby’s consumption increases they almost always come out and the bottles fall over. It’s a huge nuisance and with just a simple change to the design it would have made this a 5 star product. So hopefully this change has already been made or will be in the future since we purchased this over 8 months ago.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Stick to the original not this. Plastic pieces feel more cheap and the layers don't stack as smoothly. Easily topples over. Also what's very inconvenient are the orange bottle holders that always become loose after each use. I was expecting a quality product since I upgraded to this but boy was I totally wrong. Should of stuck to the original version.</span>

<span itemprop="description">It’s a game changer! Worth every penny! I know my baby’s bottles will be sanitized and dry in 30 minutes. I don’t have to wait a long time for them to air dry or waste napkins trying to hand dry them.</span>
