We were still expecting at the time and thought that this could be a good thing so let’s order one and try it out. Our boys were born 37 1/2 weeks and the mat was probably a bit too much for them. I was doubtful when I purchased the Tranquilo Mat. My baby is already 3 months old and has mild colic. She gets fussy and upset at night. We bought the tranquilo mat to try and wean my 11 month old off afternoon nursing naps in hopes we could gradually wean off bed time nursing to sleep sessions. So far so good. We want to continue nursing for as long as this little guys wants but we also want him to learn to sleep without his milkies. It has even helped out with diaper changes!!! This little guy loves his tranquilo mat it relaxes him so much!!! Can't wait to try it out in baby 2! Will def be recommending this to other moms!</span>

I received the Tranquilo Mat as a shower gift when I was pregnant. My son was the perfect newborn and I didn't find much use for it because he was so happy all the time. I recently started nannying again so I could stay home with my son. The girl I nanny for is very different then my son was as a baby. Typical newborn fussiness from time to time. I have found the Tranquilo Mat hugely helpful juggling the two kids. There are times she wants to be held and I just can't because I need to make lunch for my son or change his diaper so placing her on the mat instantly soothes her and she is content until I can pick her up and give her the attention she wants. This product is so convenient for a busy mom on the go. My son does activities during the week and I can pop it right in the diaper bag wherever we go. I highly recommend this product to any mom, nanny, grandmother, dad, anyone who enjoys a content newborn and has a busy life.</span>

We absolutely LOVE our Tranquilo Mat! Our newborn boy unfortunately has GERD and falling asleep and relaxing was very difficult for him. He spent most of the day crying in discomfort. Now our baby boy seems happier and relaxed on his mat. The first night with our mat resulted in a great nights sleep for not only baby, but mommy as well. The Tranquilo Mat is not only baby approved, but Mommy approved as well.

The tranquilo mat is amazing! We've used it everyday for the past 9 months now. In the beginning the mat was the only way I could put my baby boy down while he was napping. He somehow sensed when I put him down and would wake, but the mat made for an easier arms to bed transfer! I love that you can take it with you anywhere. We take it anytime we visit family. With all that use I only recently had one issue with the battery pack. I emailed them and they were very helpful and quick to fix the problem for us. Thank you for such a useful product! I wish the mat was around for my first baby.</span>

So I have been using my mat non-stop since bringing home our new baby from the hospital this week! Best use so far, keeping her and it in her car seat and she stays asleep when I have had to carry her in for a few blood tests (jaundice) this week, she wakes up just for the prick then has fallen back to sleep every time while they collect it drop by drop! Seriously I dont know what I would do without our mat :) :) I wish I had brought it to the hospital with me for those first few nights!
I also recently used it for a baby photo shoot at home and snuck it under the blankets to keep my daughter calm and sleeping during her pictures, it worked GREAT! We couldnt have survived the long photo shoot without her mat.</span>

The Tranquilo Mat is wonderful!!! My daughter was diagnosed with a milk protein allergy and although her new formula is helping, shes still healing and gets fussy after some of her feeds. Tranquilo Mat has been a lifesaver! My son is 18-months-old and has a Congenital Heart Defect that has meant multiple, long hospitals stays. While in the hospital, he constantly wants to be patted or rocked. and Tranquilo Mat has allowed us to be able to keep him calm even when no one can be standing by his bedside. We have brought our Mat with us every hospital visit but we also use it at home. He sleeps so much better with it! We bought rechargeable batteries because he likes it so much! When I brought home the Tranquilo, my wife rolled her eyes and gave me that not another baby gimmick look. Whatever, she said. But after a couple days she was telling people its like having the Baby Whisperer. Im an avid follower of the 5 Ss for calming a baby, and they do work _ but you have to actively do them for what could be a long time to get your baby to sleep. With the Tranquilo, I just put her on it and most of the time its right off to dreamland. We never have to spend time walking around and jiggling or bouncing the baby to get her to sleep or stay quiet. The thing I like is that I can move her around while asleep; shes on the mat with sound and vibration, so you just pick up the mat and move to whatever location you want and she doesnt wake up. Definitely our most essential baby item, after diapers.</span>
