<span itemprop="description">The heating element stopped working after 2 weeks so it no longer sterilized. As I had received this as a gift a while before the baby was born, I didn’t have proof of purchase. I had confidence that warranty would cover any problems. However I was told there was nothing that could be done without the proof of purchase. So this will just go into the trash. It was helpful when it actually worked. Not sure I would recommend based on customer service. Many new moms receive great gifts but it seems tacky at the time to demand a receipt. I was considering purchasing the formula maker as well but changed my mind after this experience</span>

<span itemprop="description">Toys R US doesn’t price match, I’d buy elsewhere on sale. West Coast Kids had this on sale for $140 plus free shipping. After all said and done this ended up costing $240 through Toys R US. We had gift cards but still that’s almost an extra $100 we could have used for something else. I wouldn’t buy people Toys R US gift cards for this reason, as everything I want to buy I can find cheaper through other retailers.</span>

I tried calling BabiesRUs to see if they can exchange this for me and they refused to do so. I called Baby Breeza customer service and no one answers the call and my $200 goes to garbage after this.
