I had my baby in March so began to use the steamer once he hit 6 months old and started solid food (1 month ago). I would say I used it about 5-6 times and now it's stopped working. It does not heat up nor steam. I followed all cleaning and care instructions and have no idea why a product would stop working after 2 weeks. I called Baby Bullet to discuss their 1 year warranty and I was informed it is one year from the MANUFACTURING date. So if this box happened to sit on the store shelves for months, I'm SOL. All they did was offer to knock off $10 but i would have to purchase again.
