The mesh sides allow for more airflow so my baby doesn't sweat at night and has a peaceful sleep. The washable cover plus the sheet was a nice feature. Anyone with little ones know how messy they can be so being able to throw it in the wash was a plus. It&rsquo;s the perfect size for our baby, can be changed from rocking to non rocking easily, the pad is soft without being a suffocation hazard, and it has high sides made of mesh. The only improvement needed is the height. I&rsquo;m 5&rsquo;5 and it only sits about a foot off the ground, so bending down to pick up baby (who gets bigger and heavier each day) is putting some serious strain on my lower back. I love the gray and white colors and also how easy it is to assemble and disassemble. I love that it can be used as a rocking bassinet but also as something more sturdy and stationary for overnight. It is very easy to pack it up and take it out to the park or over to relatives or friends. I love that there is a cover on the top that can completely close for park outings to keep the bugs out but since there is a lot of mesh there is still a lot of airflow which is nice for warm days. The mesh also helps so I can check on my baby easier and so that there is less threat of sudden infant death syndrome. The mesh walls allow for great visibility and added air flow, which gives me peace of mind. I'm glad the bassinet comes with a canopy and net which I plan to use outside when the weather is nice. At present, the bassinet legs are set at stable but will use the rocking feature eventually. I truly love all the options and possibilities offered with this product. It does not require a lot of strength and can be taken apart afterwards as well. Our 6 month old baby still fits in it with plenty of room around him and the mesh sides make it easy for him to observe his surroundings. The mesh cover also makes it possible to use outdoor while preventing mosquito from getting to our baby. My wife likes that this bassinet is easy to fold and can be converted to stable mode or rocking mode.
