Emailed baby jogger (within warranty period) and was told that it was an issue with the frame and I could order the replacement part. I HAD TO PAY TO FIX AN ISSUE THEY WERE AWARE OF! Obviously, I did not and now that it is cold out (below 0) when I went on a walk and came home to close it the frame just snapped. It says each seat can hold up to 45lbs. But when I put my 3 year old toddler in the seat he could not move and the seat in front of him was literally touching the top of his legs. The basket on the bottom is big but very hard to take things in and out of it due to the seats being on top of it. When I put the seats both facing each other the seats were on top of each other and touching giving the children absolutely no room.. this stroller is horrible and would not recommend it to anyone . Twins are only a few months old and already can&rsquo;t fit. It&rsquo;s impractical..
