Not one person mentioned how it kills your back after less than 10 minutes of wearing it. I realize now, that I should have gotten a carrier that secured around your waist as well, for extra support. My baby is only 4 months (14.6 lb) and it’s already too hard on my back to wear it. Sad because I really wanted to like it.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I wish I bought this sooner. Our baby when born was 2 lbs smaller than the original 7 lbs they estimated and was born full term. We had bought a bumpsuit armadillo carrier which got great reviews (and i loved their bumpsuits) and then was recommended a wrap by our doula when our baby was too small for that. Our baby didn't love either and I hated how it smooshed her against me and wasn't super breathable during the CA summer. I ran into another mom months later that had a babybjorn carrier and knew if I had that from the get go it would have been way better due to the way it holds the baby and has options to craddle it's head before they gain head control. I bought the mesh one to help with heat control. We started using at about 4 months when she was about 11 pounds or so and it's just so much better and really easy to put baby in and out and adjust. My baby seems so much happier and we can easily use forward facing on walks or house tours to explore or the other way when she is going through something and needs some extra snuggling. I love that there is a way to adjust the length that is based on her actual length which makes it super easy to know where to put it. Our baby is long and lean and this was worked so well for us. We highly recommend.</span>

<span itemprop="description">For my second baby, I was pulled towards this mini carrier for how soft and cozy it looked. I've watched dozens of tutorials and only have used it twice in the last 6 months. Once your baby outgrows the tiny newborn phase, the Mini's hip seat is far too narrow thus creating a leg dangling situation and no way to get that safe "M" shape with the hips and legs that babywearing experts recommend for facing in. Secondly, it hold the baby's back in a very straight upright position against parent's body rather than in a gentle curve. I continued to research this carrier and fell into reading multiple reddit threads of moms and babywearing experts complaining about the hanging hips/legs and straight back baby positioning in this BB Mini. I have so many other Babybjorn products I absolutely LOVE and I wish they would fix the dimensions of the Babybjorn mini so it would match the safety and amazing reputation and ergonomic shape of their other products like their classic bouncer, travel crib, and potty chair.</span>
