I found that other carriers were you have to get the straps from behind are hard to manuver and are too bulky. My husband was also able to wear this carrier without any issues. <span itemprop="description">I tried out a few baby carriers from wraps to structured carriers and I hated how no matter how tight it was or how many times I adjusted I felt like my baby was flopping around and not secure to my chest. I got this second hand and I LOVE it. My newborn feels secure and her hips stay in the correct position. She seems content and her body is secure. The head support can be adjusted and the bottom support can be adjusted depending on baby’s weight and size. It’s also easy to self adjust unlike other brands. I got the mesh which is breathable.</span>

She just hit 20lbs and she’s around 29 inches long. I’m really disappointed, because I hoped I would be able to get at least a year of use out of this product especially at this price point. If your baby is projected to be 9lbs+ at birth, skip the mini and get the full size carrier.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This is the perfect carrier for us after outgrowing a wrap style carrier. Baby is still comfy close and it’s extremely easy to put on by yourself. Only drawback is my baby likes to rub their face on my chest as a self soothing thing, so the head support buckles are in an inconvenient place, right at her face level. I got around this by adding a Velcro strap cushion from a car seat to each strap, then I can just slide them down over the buckles after doing them up. Works perfectly!</span>

<span itemprop="description">I can’t say enough wonderful things about this carrier! I’ve been using it for a couple of months now, and my baby is 13 lbs currently. I initially saw this carrier featured as a great option for petite people since I am 5’2”. I found that many structured carriers were too long, and I found the wraps cumbersome. I needed something that I could easily throw baby in in the back seat of my car as an alternative to the car seat baby carrier that is too heavy for me. This has been perfect! Even though it doesn’t have lumbar support, I’ve found that as a short person, if I make sure the straps in the back cross below my shoulder blades, it acts like lower back support. I’m obsessed with the 3D Jersey material so much so that I bought the bouncer in the material as well. Overall, my baby loves being carried in this carrier. Also, I’m not worried about the critique that it can only be used up to one year old, because as soon as baby can support his head and neck and be carried on the hip, that’s what I will likely do to carry him.</span>

However I will say that recently approaching 3 months old, it has become too much on my back and shoulders. Once he weighed 12lbs+ I noticed that my back would hurt even after a short walk. And I’m not particularly prone to back pain but also not a body builder either lol. Not sure who can keep a 12 month old in this. I’m purchasing another one with more support now, but if I could go back I would still buy this carrier even if only for the first few weeks/months due to how simple it is.</span>
