It’s thick but lightweight and the steep sides make it easy to scoop without spilling. The sections are just the right size for toddler portions. There is often too much plastic and toxicity from plastic for babies but the bamboo is good and my baby will probably use this until she is in elementary school. My older daughter likes it, too.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I’ve been weeding out plastic products as much as I can so the silicon and bamboo plate is great. I do like the fact that it can be separated to wash, allowing less of a chance of food being stuck/dried between the two materials. As a personal preference, I do prefer non divided plates to help promote less pickiness with the separating of different food so I try to mix things up a bit within each compartment.</span>
