But if I were to go back and order a small, while it might fix around my rib cage better after how they stretch out so much &amp; so easily, it would not be the right size in the bust, for my actual boobs. because i definitely fit well and comfortably in the medium for my breasts. So i am concerned how well this bra is actually going to hold up if this much stretching has already occurred, and i have not worn it more than a few times on/off the past fews weeks since i ordered and received it. The tank is long which is great but I feel like I'm going to pop the tight seam pulling it around my hips. Wore it all day (and night) in a recent airport adventure and instead of all day comfy spent all day trying to yank it back down as it naturally wanted to climb back up my torso. This tank top was the perfect thing. It's stretchy and the cups have adjusted to the fluctuation in my milk production very well. There isn't a built-in bra perse but there is seamless reinforcement around the bust and under it to provide support. For me, this is enough (small 32C before; probably up to D or DD with the milk now). I have not had laundering issues (keeps its shape - I use the delicate cycle and place in a mesh laundry bag). I am also small-hipped and did not have the issue that the other reviewer had with it being too tight at the hip- I find the tank very stretchy there. One thing I don't like, and this is the same for the seamless bras, is that I find the strap that's supposed to 'support' your breast while you're nursing get stretched out very easily, so that when you're not nursing it still pokes out on the side. Not a big deal though. I like this tank top better than the bras as I find there is less pressure on my shoulders. The neckline is even better in person. It fits like a dream with the stretchy and smooth material that accommodates your growing milk production. The bra gives your ladies a nice Boost even without an ubderwire ... and I have the XL. I plan to buy one to wear basically seven days a week. I like wearing these under normal or nursing shirts. When you lift up to nurse, you don't show everyone your back. You also don't have to invest in a nursing top wardrobe since you can wear them under normal tops. My only wish is that there were more colors available. I would love a gray color especially!
