When your driving with baby and can't have another adult in the back to watch them, this gives you the assurance baby is ok. I didn't give this a perfect score as it is difficult to setup. While attaching the mirror is super easy, getting it into the perfect position takes time, and the mirror does shift a bit. We found by tying something around the straps preventing it from moving worked.
