<span itemprop="description">This was my baby's favorite toy for months! Initially he liked the music and learned to push the water spout to turn on the music. Later he learned how to drop the balls into the water spout, and after than he learned that the balls come out of the mouth and he can chase them. As a mom, I like the music is tolerable, and a therapist, I love that this toy promoted so much learning related to cause and effect and motor skills. I highly recommend this toy for 6-12 month old babies.</span>

There are no wheels on the bottom. It has a solid plastic base/foot. It's a one piece plastic whale that you put balls in the mouth. My kids love it.&nbsp;
