<span itemprop="description">Received this bed second hand and it’s working out great so far. It clearly held up well for the original owners because it still looks new. We are using it for my 18 month old because he started trying to climb out of his crib. This bed is working out perfect because the mattress is low to the ground so there’s not far for him to fall if he does fall out of bed, but that hasn’t really even been an issue aside for a few random nights. On top of how well it’s working customer service support was great as well - there was a piece of hardware I needed to reattach the railings and they were willing to support me even though I wasn’t the original purchaser - so shout out to them for backing their product no matter what!</span>

She didn’t tell me it was missing parts ,, I took to the website to see if I could still buy parts for it. I ended up email tech support and asked for the part so I could buy it and finish this beautiful brand new bed! They got back to me fairly quick and I did not end up paying for the part that the end of this whole mess! I want to thank Sim && the company for the no charge on shipping or product part to complete my daughters bed!</span>

<span itemprop="description">Overall I found this bed easy to assemble, if not a little time consuming (my own fault for mixing up the wood dowels and having to start over). Unfortunately it arrived with a bolt and barrel nut missing but customer support was excellent and sent replacement parts right out. The bed seems sturdy but we have yet to switch it into my son’s room so I can’t speak to how it stands up to a wild 2.5 year old!</span>
