Toys R Us was dealing with some website issues in which they were not able to accept credit card payment for a few days after Christmas, making it a little less convenient to have to continually check back to see if the issue was fixed. Communication was poor. They sent me two orders (4 boxes) and had to haul two boxes back to the store for refund and they charged me for the shipping.
