The high quality of the materials and manufacturing of this stroller compared to lower end brands is readily noticeable. The initial assembly of this stroller was straightforward, but does require a fair amount of hand strength. Particularly getting the sun shade on. I had to ask my partner for help at a few points because of my lack of hand strength. Assembling the different configurations of seats/carseats/bassinets is a breeze! All of the pieces pop in and out very easily. The bassinet is quite large. I am a very petite person, so if my baby were to fall asleep in the bassinet on a walk, I would not be able to smoothly get it out without waking him because my arms don't fit around it! This, of course, has the advantage that you could use the bassinet for a kid up to at least 18 months old. The folding mechanism is not intuitive, and requires several steps. Once you get, it's no problem, but there's a learning curve. It really only folds well when using a single seat without a basket. Otherwise, you'll have to take the seats out to fold it. This makes me wary of using it as my go to stroller for travel with multiple kids. It is also quite heavy. Pushing this stroller is a breeze. It pushes and steers with the ease of a jogging stroller. I can still have coffee in one hand, and push with the other! Very important for a mom with many kids! Overall, this will definitely be my go to stroller for walks around the neighborhood. It's durable, smooth, and feels luxurious. There's no doubt that this stroller will last many years, and all of the accessory options allow it grow with your family. Some highlights (only used it with the bassinet so far): - &quot;Shopping mode&quot; is a must have feature. The shopping basket is extremely convenient. We love that it provides an easy to reach storage solution for frequently used items while the basket at the bottom is usable even with the bassinet. We frequent the park and the height of the lower position is actually perfect for me to peer into when I'm sitting in a lawn chair. - Our daughter loves the bassinet. The peek-a-boo window is great for when she's awake and wants to look around, but still blocks any direct sunlight. She's fallen asleep in it many times. - I love that the adjustable handlebar actually extends/lowers for height instead of just pivoting. I'm about 6' and my wife's 5'3&quot; so our strides are quite different in length and neither of us kick the stroller when we set the handlebar to our preferred height. - The stroller comes with the bottom seat/bassinet attachment points already included. It's extremely intuitive to set up. Often times we just leave the brackets in the up position since they're essentially right on the frame and don't take up any extra space. The fact that the main attachment points slide is wonderful as well. I usually slide the attachments to either of the higher two slots so that I can be closer to my daughter. Another related perk is the car seat adapters are included. - The folding mechanism takes a bit of getting used to, but once you understand how the stroller folds it's a breeze. I drive a hatchback and the stroller fits in the trunk of my car fine. We've loved the stroller so far and have received many compliments on how great it looks. The build quality is great, the materials feel premium, and it's filled with little nuances that set the Gazelle S apart. The only issues we've had so far are that the cup holder rotates a bit when going over uneven pavement (this could be just our stroller) and the bassinet sunshade could be a bit longer. Other than that we've enjoyed the stroller. We can't wait to use the seat once our daughter is old enough and also as a double stroller when we have baby #2. I'm an extremely picky person and this stroller is the only one that's checked all the boxes. The storage basket underneath, the shopping basket, the bassinet, the conversion to a double stroller, the generous sized sun shield, the rain protector, the easy to clean fabric, and the easy to drive tires. The stroller I find easy to fold (does need two hands really, though), and open. This stroller drives so smoothly even on rough terrain, and can handle a curb or step with ease. My little one sleeps at ease wth the quiet tires. I love the bassinet option for when my summer baby arrives. I will enjoy being able to convert the stroller to a double stroller also. This stroller is heavy! Not impossible to lift into or out of the car, but not something I choose to carry beyond that. I do appreciate the durable build though, which is where the weight comes from. I do miss having the parent and child trays/cup holders, but don't miss the lack of styling they provide! I love the shopping basket you can attach when using the single seat mode as I can fit the diaper bag, keys, my phone, and a water bottle in there easily. My baby seemed comfortable in both facing forward and facing back in the stroller. His feet were able to comfortably rest on the foot rest which is designed well for both rear and parent facing. The brake system on the stroller is a simple tap with your right foot. I appreciate that it is a push down to lock and a push down to unlock with your foot, so when wearing sandals you don't hurt your feet unlocking pushing up! I would recommend this stroller to anyone looking for a double stroller that converts easily to a single. The extendable handlebar is great for my husband who is taller than I am. The canopy is also extendable and is quite large. The fold is a little bit complicated since it's not one handed but once you learn it, it's not bad. It's also heavy and not compact since it's a double stroller. I love that this stroller will grow with my family from the newborn stage (with included bassinet), toddler stage and sibling with the second seat (not included). I'm looking forward to using this stroller for many years to come. The best part is that Cybex included a cup holder. My infant still naps on our daily walks and the seat reclined back which is very helfpul. We plan to have another child soon so we got the bassinet as well. It is honestly the best tandem single to double stroller I have used thus far! It was easy to put together - especially after watching the Cybex video for assembly (just a helpful tip)! The design of this stroller is so thoughtful! I am obsessed with the built in adapters that allow me to transform this stroller to my needs without the hassle of having to remember additional adapters, what mom has time for that? I love that this stroller has so many configurations. The toddler seat can be used on the top or the bottom of the frame as well as the infant cot which is really convenient. The shopping basket is a great added perk of the stroller. I do wish it could also be attached to the bottom of the frame instead of just the top but that is not a deal breaker. I love that the stroller can fold with the seat in any of the different positions on the stroller and not just when positioned a certain way, this makes it extremely convenient for folding up and putting in the car or storing in the house or garage. The stroller itself is also gorgeous we have received many comments on it while out and about. We have used this stroller in all sorts of places. From inside stores, sidewalks, dirt paths, it has handled well on all. Smooth push, with a nice adjustable handle. Sun canopies are huge and unzip to be even larger and reveal a mesh peek-a-boo window. Seats recline nearly flat and don't put child in a weird position like some other seats do. It comes with a rain cover as well as a cupholder and I love that it also came with Cybex/Maxi Cosi/Nuna car seat adapters. They work perfect with my Nuna car seat. The bassinet is also gorgeous and perfect for the a newborn. The bassinet provides a safe, completely flat place for baby to nap while in the stroller. I do wish it was sleep-safe for overnight sleeping, I feel like that would help make it even more useful on the go, just something to consider. I have many children and have had many different types and brands of strollers. This one is, by far, the coolest. I wish I would have had it from the beginning. The fact that it has so many different combinations of seating positions is, alone, enough to grab my interest. Add in the ease of use and cleanability and I'm sold! Snapping the seats/cot/basket on and off of the stroller frame is very easy. I don't have a compatible car seat right now, but I plan to get one soon. We haven't used the stroller out and about very much because of the pandemic, but we did take a few walks. The stroller's handling is superb and it glided smoothly over some of our rougher streets. The larger back wheels definitely help with that. The baby was very snug and warm in the infant cot. There is a comfortable mattress pad and the cover that snaps on top keeps all the bitter wind out. My favorite part of the different seat combinations is that I can position them to face me. That is extremely important with an infant. Almost everything is able to be unsnapped or unzipped and removed for cleaning. That is a huge deal because kids are messy! There is only one complaint that I have with the system. The instructions are only pictures and diagrams. Sometimes, I struggled to understand what I was supposed to do when assembling. The included shopping basket has instructions to set it up and I could not figure it out. Actually, I bent two of the plastic support pieces. There are over 20 seating variations you can do which is a big help for a growing family. We initially got it for our daughter and waited to see if we liked it before buying the 2nd seat. Both we and our daughter love it and have purchased the second seat as well as additional accessories for it. We have taken it out daily on snowy/icy sidewalks and roads and it has handled so well even one handed. The stroller also looks really nice. The initial set up of it was a little tricky so I'd recommend going to their site to watch the video rather than following the manual instructions. The basket underneath is huge which is a nice plus. As a single stroller it is great, especially the recline function. The strap adjustments are a little tricky to figure out at first but now that I know how, I really like how it is set up. We added on the bassinet onto the stroller along with our daughter in the seat and it still maneuvers really well. It folds super easy and gets pretty small. I also really like that you can add the cybex car seat onto it if you want to use that instead of the bassinet. The suspension on it is also really nice, I haven't see anything like that before. It also works well to quickly bounce our daughter while walking if shes getting fussy. Between all the configurations and the nice handling I would definitely get again. If there were to make any improvements I would wish that they would make the seat a big longer as our 18 months old feet hit the end if the foot rest is up, find a way for the bassinet to be on top with the seat on the bottom, and so that two seats would be able to recline when being used together. The instructions for install are full of pictures, which are great, but there are no written instructions specifically regarding the safety. Weight limits are clearly written. But there was missing information. Which car seats require an adapter? Which car seats work with adapter and which car seats are not compatible? The information can be found on the website but would have been nice to have in the instruction manual. The only other con is that the stroller is a 2-handed fold. It cannot be folded while carrying a child. You will need both hands to fold the stroller. It was also a little challenging to fold. The stroller itself is very well made, and easy to put together. The directions are helpful, though I do wish there were quick directions for the bassinet. I was worried I was going to break it until I realized how to expand it and how to keep the canopy extended fully. It is also a simple process to collapse if I do need to take it in the car. It has a lot of great finishes, like the leather like handle and belly bar and feels like a high end stroller without the high end price tag. The ride is smooth on new concrete or in stores and it navigates really well and fits through store aisles easily (even navigating the kids clothing section in department stores!!) but it does rumble a bit on streets/older sidewalks. The bassinet/carrycot is large and roomy and has a nice handle to help keep it stable when transporting it inside to not wake baby. It also has the best feature where you can depress each button to release the bassinet from the stroller and they stay down until you remove the bassinet so you&rsquo;re able to remove it one handed!! My only wish would be to have one other configuration (facing the seat out on the bottom with the bassinet on top) but I&rsquo;ve found other ways to make it work and fun for my older toddler. I think I may order the kid board to give us another fun way to go travel when she doesn&rsquo;t want to walk any more and still give me room to use the shopping basket with the bassinet.
