I was so excited to find a stroller that has the versatility to take me from a walk through the neighborhood to picking up groceries and having storage space to bring them home using the shopping basket and HUGE storage area at the bottom without having to drive! The stroller itself is very well made, and easy to put together. The directions are helpful, though I do wish there were quick directions for the bassinet. I was worried I was going to break it until I realized how to expand it and how to keep the canopy extended fully. It is also a simple process to collapse if I do need to take it in the car. It has a lot of great finishes, like the leather like handle and belly bar and feels like a high end stroller without the high end price tag. The ride is smooth on new concrete or in stores and it navigates really well and fits through store aisles easily (even navigating the kids clothing section in department stores!!) but it does rumble a bit on streets/older sidewalks. The bassinet/carrycot is large and roomy and has a nice handle to help keep it stable when transporting it inside to not wake baby. It also has the best feature where you can depress each button to release the bassinet from the stroller and they stay down until you remove the bassinet so you&rsquo;re able to remove it one handed!! My only wish would be to have one other configuration (facing the seat out on the bottom with the bassinet on top) but I&rsquo;ve found other ways to make it work and fun for my older toddler. I think I may order the kid board to give us another fun way to go travel when she doesn&rsquo;t want to walk any more and still give me room to use the shopping basket with the bassinet. You can easily slide the seat up or down to allow for a car seat to be attached or a second seat. The only complaint is that it is a little tricky to close. I have tried other strollers and this one definitely took some practice with getting it to close. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. Upon opening the box I saw that everything was packaged neatly and it was very easy to put together. The instructions are very clear, although I do wish there were words and not just photos but that is just personal preference. I love that the stroller has built in adapters to add an additional seat or the infant cot, and it also comes with car seat adapters! The shopping basket is also a great addition. It is nice and roomy and will hold a lot of things. I love that the Gazelle S is not too bulky and will fit in my van easily as well as my husbands smaller car. This stroller can be pushed easily with one hand if needed and the added bottle/cup holder is a nice touch. The seat canopy also pulls down very far and the recline on the seat is very nice as well. The perfect stroller- luxurious look, sensible functionality, and at a fraction of the cost of the competitor. I can't say enough great things about this stroller!! When it first arrived, I was so impressed by the quality of the craftmanship and how easy it was to just snap everything on together. I ordered the navy blue color and it's even more sleek and elegant in person. The wheels glide so smoothly, and it's super easy to get your kids in and out. It's also better suited for traveling than most other double strollers IMO, because you can break it down so that it takes up less space. Even the wheels just snap on and snap off (if you need it to). It's ideal for running errands and shopping with a tot. The two baskets fit so much stuff in it, I'll even use this for grocery shopping instead of the store/public shopping cart. (Usually I'll take just one of my kids so I can use both top and bottom baskets. They can have a snack while you're shopping and you don't have to worry about them touching all the germs that are on those dirty shopping carts.) I like to fill the bottom basket with the heavier stuff like cans, milk, juices, etc. and the top basket with fruits, veggies, eggs, etc. It fits an entire trip of groceries. Since I have Irish Twins (2 &amp; 3 yrs old), the final test of this stroller is going to be leg room between the top seat and bottom seat but I haven't ordered the 2nd seat yet to be able to review. I am considering getting the step board attachment instead though because the 3 year old doesn't like sitting down for too long now, and he loves riding things like bikes and scooters. I think he'll have more fun than riding on a seat. (Plus, I would be able to keep the top basket for extra storage. lol) All in all, this is the perfect stroller when traveling, shopping, running errands with one of your kids. It has a super high-end look and it does everything you can ask for in a stroller. I can't wait to try it out as a double stroller though! The pros: It's a very chic looking stroller, I don&rsquo;t even mind leaving it the entryway because it&rsquo;s so nice to look at. I adore the leatherette accents - they&rsquo;ve even held up to my teething toddler's chewing! I love the flexibility all of the different configurations provide- I look forward to using this stroller for many years and multiple kiddos. It&rsquo;s got a great smooth ride (in a store it&rsquo;s whisper quiet and glides like a dream) and even navigated my gravel driveway without issue. It has good maneuverability on most terrain, but this won&rsquo;t replace a jogging stroller. With my toddler in the lowest seat position, it did become more difficult to steer, but manageable (like needing two hands instead of one). The seat reclines nearly flat if you have a kiddo still napping on the go. The storage capacity of this stroller is unreal! As you can see in the photo, it easily fit our gigantic pack of diapers plus all of the other odds and ends we needed during our shopping trip. The cons: I&rsquo;m a religious manual reader, and I really struggled understanding some of the key functions of the stroller (like collapsing) until I watched a few of the videos. Once I saw it in action though, it made so much more sense! Now I&rsquo;m pretty proficient at changing the seat location, adding the shopping basket and stowing for transport. I appreciate the cup holder, but I wish there was a parent accessory tray to put my phone, mask, etc. This is easily remedied by buying a separate parent console, but it would be nice for one to be included. The canopy isn&rsquo;t my favorite. My daughter is on the smaller size and it looks a little crowded with it fully extended. It doesn&rsquo;t seem to bother her, so maybe it&rsquo;s just a problem on my end. Overall, the pros far outweigh the cons, and I&rsquo;ve really enjoyed my Gazelle stroller! It's truly a beautiful stroller, handles like a dream, has functional common sense features, and did I mention its gorgeous? I received the Gazelle S when my son was 2.5 and 34lbs, a time where a lot of strollers lose their precision handling and start feeling more bulky. But the Gazelle S handled his size as if he were an infant. It can still turn on a dime, the brakes hold his weight even when placed on a hill, he loves to ride in it and fits very comfortably. The first thing I told my husband was that it is the perfect theme park stroller! With the massive baskets, smaller size frame, easy handling, and quick folding it would be ideal to haul through the parks as well as every day stops at the mall. My other favorite feature is that it can fold with the seat still attached. Many similar strollers require you to disassemble the seat from the frame, making it so you have multiple pieces in your trunk to click back together once you need to use it. But the Gazelle S folds completely with the seat still attached. A HUGE bonus! I love that the handlebar is easily adjusted to fit my 5'5 frame and my husbands 6'1 frame with the click of a button. And I also love that the sunshade pulls super far over so my pale little human is always protected! The stroller was a bit difficult to assemble because there was no instruction sheet in my box.&nbsp; There was a six picture instruction card to assemble the basket but nothing else.&nbsp; I had to watch an instructional video on the website and even then the guy made fairly quick motions on how to push the button and turn the front pieces to get the seat to slide in.&nbsp; I realize that there is so many different combinations you may want, but a sheet to highlight the main ones that also shows most of the pieces that came in the box would be useful. Once assembled, I liked the sleek finishes of the stroller and the added leather accent on the handles.&nbsp; The basket material is very durable&nbsp; and I was able to load up most of my produce in the top basket and saved the bottom area for his light jacket and small diaper bag.&nbsp; The only spot I could find to put the cup holder was on the right side and even then it rotates enough that the bottle is parallel to the stroller bar so a coffee cup would spill.&nbsp; Only bottles with a lid will work. This stroller came into our lives in time for baby number 3, and I just wish we had it sooner, but it just just didn't exist yet. It was the exact solution we needed for baby number 3 and older brother and sister. It is so difficult to find a product that will accommodate kids of various ages, but this one does it. We got the compatible kid board for our 5 year old to ride on, and its perfect because he can hop on or off to walk as needed. Our Cybex Cloud Q clicks in to the top level for the baby, and our 3 year old rides in the front seat. So nice that it is in line rather than a side by side model, which just isn't practical for day to day because it is so big and cumbersome. Its literally PERFECT and exactly what we needed. Also it pushes like a dream and looks beautiful. We have found that the quality, aesthetics, and functionality of Cybex products are our truly the best out there. We travel a lot by plane, so for us it was always a problem. Plus Priam fits only one child and has small storage basket. When I saw Gazelle, it's like Cybex really heard my thoughts. It's an amazing double stroller and a huge plus is that you can switch from extra baby seat to a shopping basket without any additional adapters, plus it has a huge storage on the bottom. It folds in one piece easily without removing any seat. Stroller is super quiet and rides smoothly over any surfaces. You can adjust seat height and it has huge sun canopy. Plus it comes with a coffee cup, which is maybe a small thing but we missed it with our Priam. Installation is easy and takes 10 min. And off course as all Cybex strollers its stylish! The only downside that I noticed is it's so easy to maneuver that if you leave it on the perfect surface without brake pushed, it will move away easily. When you have kids, lifting a heavy stroller in and out of a car is difficult. This stroller folds down in a smooth and simple form. Holding three buttons, its slowly folds to half it size making it easy to move wherever needed. When you're ready to use it, one click and it's back up. It is easy and simple.There are so many different functional parts of this stroller that we never knew we needed, but are so happy to have. When only using it as a single child stroller, a perfect size &quot;basket&quot; attaches easily above the front seat, allowing you to add items in your stroller whiles you're out shopping. The ride is smooth and it navigates well over various terrains (dirt, rocks, sand, pavement). The suspension provided a smooth ride at the beach and pumpkin patch. It is lightweight and easy to transfer between cars using the handle that is accessible when the stroller is folded. My 1 year old and 3 year old both fit comfortably in the seat and seem to enjoy the extended canopy on a hot sunny day. The two things that sold me on this stroller are the accessories and style. When the lower adaptors are not in use, they can be rotated into the stroller making them pretty much invisible. This stroller also comes with multiple accessories including car seat adaptors, rain cover and cup holder. If I plan to expand the stroller, the only thing I would need to purchase is an extra seat and/or kid board. The only con is the depth of the basket. While the basket is large and able to hold a decent amount, I wish it was slightly deeper. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this stroller. It is everything you need in one with the capability to expand to a duo or trio. I love the fact that it has a nice basket. We walk a lot because we only have one car, and this allowed us to put ever we needed in the stroller and get to our destination safely. Yet it folds very well, if we need to put it in the car. I love the fact that down the road we can add another seat if we decide to have a second child, and that it will still have some space under the stroller to add stuff. The wheel base is amazing and the turning radiant is great as well. It came in a box and we had to assemble it, but it was a breeze to set up. The additional shopping basket and the bottom storage area are amazing and can carry a lot of stuff. Very easy to assemble and change between the different positions. Large canopy for shade. The break is easy to use and it holds the stroller well, even on slopes. However, the stroller is very heavy. On one hand it makes it sturdy, which is great, especially when using it with 2 kids. On the other hand, it is a bit hard to push it around and to push it up/down even a single stair. This stroller is very easy to put together and has so many options for each individual parents and child&rsquo;s comfortability. The brake system is very soft and simple. I appreciate the arm bar that can go over our child&rsquo;s lap as it keeps him secure besides the belts. The retracting handle for parents to push is genius as for us, we went shopping and did not need any additional space. Our front basket (beautifully placed) was full of stuff, but it was so nice for us to pull the handle back and have more space. The under basket is especially roomy as well. When in the sun or rain, as with most cybex products.. this stroller also has the visor that comes all the way down. Lastly, I wanted to talk about the wheels and the feel. I am so grateful for this stroller as movement is smooth; extremely smooth. Over carpet, smooth.. over hard floors, smooth.. over parking lots, smooth... sand and dirt, SMOOTH!!!! This stroller is so impressive I have nothing negative to say. I only wished instead of having one cup holder, that there are two. One for baby and one for mama. It was incredibly simple to put together and all of the pieces are made very well. This is most definitely not a cheaply crafted stroller. The fabric is a very beautiful navy blue and looks so fashionable. The harness on the seat is easily adjustable and has comfortable shoulder pads for your child. If you have any problems during the process of putting this stroller together, all you have to do is scan the QR code on the booklet with your smart device and from there you can access helpful videos and tips to help. I absolutely love how many options this stroller has. The large shopping basket is wonderful! It is perfect for shopping trips, holding snacks, and anything else you&rsquo;d like to bring along! The under carriage on this stroller is huge! It can easily fit your diaper bag or purse. That is something that I have noticed other strollers are lacking. This does not disappoint! Changing the seat positions is really simple as well. I love how the bottom of the stroller is equipped with picture descriptions to remind you what position each seat should be in. The rain cover that comes with it is very durable and easy to place over the seat, so it can be done in a moments notice. I am looking forward to purchasing the kid board that attaches to this stroller for my older child to be able to use when he gets tired of walking. I can see this stroller coming in very handy for our family, like zoo trips, shopping, and just taking a casual walk. It took me probably 30 minutes to put together by myself I purposely did not ask for help to see how difficult it would be and it was surprisingly super easy. It is absolutely gorgeous, the handles are leather and the blue is stunning. It has multiple ways that I can go in the grocery bag item that comes with it is super handy. I put my two-year-old toddler in it along with tried it out with my newborn child and it worked well for both of them. I cannot say enough how easy it was to turn the seats around. It also folds flat very easy and it&rsquo;s super lightweight. It comes with a range shield that is clear in plastic and breathable which is super convenient if it&rsquo;s raining out. The only thing I wish it came with in addition to the items received was the additional seat and the board for a third rider.
