The fabric is light and the overall footprint of the carrier is small. After the initial reading of the instructions and familiarizing myself with the carrier, my 6- month old and I used it around the house and then on a few outings. Pros: lightweight, easy to clean, small/ compact, good airflow, feels supportive in the standard infant facing body carry position Cons: the quick release tab for opening the carrying area is fiddly. I had problems trying to get it undone only when the child was in the carrier. When it was an empty carrier there were no issues at all. Carrying in the face-forward position for my 6-month old did not feel supportive and she had trouble keeping her head above the carrier front panel. (She is in the bottom 1% of growth charts, so please take that into account.) Overall, this is a good budget structured carrier that I definitely would recommend. It&rsquo;s safe, can be used in multiple carry positions, and is light. Before taking it out the first time pre fitted it to baby and me. It is easy to adjust by pulling the two side clips. The only piece that takes a little practice to get the hang of is the large side clasp. Getting that off wasn&rsquo;t easy the first couple of times. After wearing baby and walking around in a store for an hour I will say it was getting a little tiring on my back making me pull on the side tabs to keep pulling baby up higher. Over all I think it&rsquo;s a good product that will last. There are many things I enjoy about this carrier and it is wonderful to have for everyday use. PROS: -Very easy and quick to put on myself and put baby in. There are few straps which is a perk. I don't feel like I'm having a heat stroke when wearing this carrier compared to some wraps which can feel like wearing an extra layer. -Easy access front pocket. The front pocket is in a great location and large enough to store a phone or keys in. -Machine washable detachable bib! The detachable bib saves me a lot of effort when having to clean the carrier of slobber or spit up. -Great price! CONS: -There is a lot of pressure put on the shoulders instead of on the waist with this carrier.
