Ties you down because you have to use both hands and it's attached by cords. Lots of parts to clean and sanitize. Other than that is it is fairly user friendly once you get the hang of it.</span>

I was putting off selecting a breast pump because there were so many choices but I knew I wanted something from a reputable company and had a good amount of options / settings. After reading all the mixed (aka conflicting) reviews regarding various Lansinoh and Medela pumps, I stumbled across this pump and found exactly what I was looking for. It was a comfort to see consistently strong (positive) reviews on the pump, too. So I ordered it and couldn't be happier. It arrived quickly. There are various speeds and suction strengths which make pumping easy. The various pump parts are not overwhelming to use and are very easy to assemble, disassemble and clean. Replacement or additional parts are easy to find and order. I even love the helpful and informative emails I get with tips and tricks to using the pump, so i can pump as efficiently as possible. The videos are short and too the point and make pumping hassle free. No issues or concerns at all with this pump. This was the best choice for me and Im so glad I made it.</span>

Long story:
I assume just as many of you are thinking. "Wow the reviews are great" maybe I'll take the risk on this pump... Please don't! My wife and I had an Advent pump which was good until it broke.. decided that this was a great buy due to the price and good reviews..
Fast forward 3 hours after purchase we had got the pump home and sterilized (based on how the manual says to clean). Then tried to use the pump... The suction was so minimal and basically non existent that my wife could barely feel and or extract any milk..
So I went back to the store to see if they could help with a refund or store credit. But couldn't because it's a hygiene product. (Understandable) but still disappointing... But the store service employee said "I'm not sure why anyone buys this pump, it's definitely not one I would recommend." Made a claim with EvenFlow and they responded quickly but with 1000 questions and hat tricks they want you to go through and send photos, and talk on the phone, take apart the machine and just crazy stuff. So I've given up with them and just faced the fact that I'm out a couple hundred dollars.
But still knowing I needed a new pump I went to a different retailer (oddly enough an big box electronic store) and purchased a new Medela Pump.. words cannot explain the difference in these pumps... Absolutely great!
So the message trying to get across is.... DO NOT BUY. It's cheaper and reviews seem appealing. But just spend the little more and get a better pump! It's going to save you money for when the EvenFlow breaks or even in milk production (saves cost in formula)..</span>

<span itemprop="description">The flanges are definitely more comfortable than other brands. They are made of silicone which helps. However in terms of suction I’ve found other brands to be better. I also like that it’s lower maintenance compared to other brands.</span>
