<span itemprop="name">Easy peasy installation, but feels a little flimsy</span>
<span itemprop="description">I bought 2 of these Big Kid Highback 2-in-1 Belt-Positioning Booster Car Seats for our almost 5 and 6 year olds who were outgrowing their other seats. These seats were very easy to put together, out of the box, and installing in the car was super quick (just place on desired seat that includes lap and shoulder belts and you're done!) I love that these come with removeable covers for cleaning and that the seats themselves dont take up hardly any room compared to our previous ones. The included cup holders are made to fit virtually any size and shape cup, which is a plus, but at the same time they are positioned a little closer to the seat area, so I dont like that a cup may potentially push into the side of your child's leg if she places her legs further out to the sides. I also wasn't a fan of the way they built the height adjustment. Instead of the head rest being raised, the entire backrest portion of the seat moves up from the seat bottom, and since my girls are taller, this made the seat feel flimsy. We did keep the seats, however, because the backrests will not be needed much longer and the booster seat bottom seems fine. Overall, ok seats, but definitely not my favorite.</span>

<span itemprop="description">The styrofoam on both sides in the middle portion broke. There is no support for the pieces so of course they would break. This booster seat is extremely unsafe in my opinion if pieces are breaking. Evenflo doesn't back their product and they definitely haven't changed things even after numerous complaints of this happening. I would never buy an evenflo seat again. I cannot imagine needing it in time of need and it BREAKING rather than keeping my child safe!!!!</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this seat this week (in fact I bought two for our multiple cars) and the padding doesn't seem to fit tight to the plastic seat on the removable back. there are gaps near the head and it just doesn't have a snug fit though the back like the padding will move and shift a lot.</span>

This seat is comfortable, easy to get on and off and he puts the belt on by himself now and loves his new seat. It's easy to move to my other cars as well. No hassles.</span>

<span itemprop="description">When my son was ready to transition to a booster seat, I had to find one that could fit three across in my Nissan Altima since I have two younger kids in infant seats and convertible car seats. This seat fit perfectly! It is one of the most narrow boosters I was able to find, yet my son who is in the 90th percentile at 7 years old fits excellent in it and says it is very comfortable. We have two cars so switching the seats between the cars has always been a chore that neither my husband or I like to do, but this seat is so light that it is a breeze to move. I am definitely very happy with my choice and so is my son and my wallet!</span>

<span itemprop="description">Love how the chair looks. Looks sporty and my son loves it. My only concern is the seat belt. It goes on a separate strap to make sure the child is secure but if you don't take it off it's gets stuck which is a pain. It would be nice if the seat belt went back smoothly instead of take it out off the strap all the time.</span>

<span itemprop="description">We are so happy with our purchase of 2 of the Evenflo Amp Booster Car Seats! It's a high quality booster seat with an affordable price. That is not very common to find these days in car seats but Evenflo has done it! My children were ready to upgrade from the 5 point harness seats and after a bunch of research these seats were the best choice! They're very stylish, modern, and look great in my SUV! My kids are so excited when we run errands so that they can sit in their new seats! The first day that they arrived, they sat in them in the living room for almost an hour watching cartoons! So I'd say they're very comfortable! The safety features ease my mind! Plus assembling it was extremely easy! I've been and will be purchasing more Evenflo products for years to come!</span>

The price is awesome and so much more backseat space with this seat. No to mention my daughter loves her new seat. It has an awesome spot to keep the belt so your kid doesn't remove it and two sturdy cup holders.</span>

<span itemprop="description">It does it's job. My tall 7 year old fits in it fine. It is light weight if you need to move it around, the back is adjustable for taller kids, or it can come off to be a backless booster. There is a seat belt holder for backless boosters, but it isn't the best. The down side is that it feels pretty flimsy compared to a structured high back booster.</span>

It seems like this seat would be a better fit in a vehicle without captain chairs as the booster chairs wobble around a bit. Makes me feel that the booster is not that secure. If I had to do it all over again, I would not purchase these booster chairs.</span>

<span itemprop="description">My son is turning 7 next week and he had met the max on his convertible booster. I was going to have to take the back off and only have the booty part. We travel a lot and I wanted him to have the head rest for when he falls asleep. I got to looking and found this car seat. It was an amazing price so I thought even if I didn't like it I wasn't out a lot of money. It comes in a small box and VERY easy to put together. So easy to install in the car. We've only had it for about 2 weeks so I haven't had time to see if there are any complaints. This is our 4th car seat and at this moment would recommend it.</span>

<span itemprop="description">We bought this seat for our child transitioning to a booster. The center section styrofoam "wing" snapped off because there is no support behind it. Evenflo replaced it for free, however it snapped off again. Needless to say, it's definitely not worth the money.</span>

<span itemprop="description">The seatbelt comes unthreaded all the time- I had to rethread it every time my daughter got in the car. One time it came unthreaded while we were driving. Also, and even more unsafe, if my child would lean forward for any reason, the seat somehow prevented the shoulder belt from tightenting back up. Putting your child in this seat is equivalent to putting your child in a car with no seatbelt at all. After a week of trying to figure out how to fix these problems and what we were doing wrong, I realized we weren't doing anything wrong and the problems couldn't be fixed; we switched to a Graco and haven't had any problems at all.</span>

<span itemprop="description">We purchased this for our car for the middle back seat. It continuously slides around when taking corners and our 4 year old can get out of it by moving the chest restraint as it doesn't fit securely. Don't buy this product, you'll be throwing your money away.</span>

However all excitement ceased when the styrofoam broke in 2 places on the FIRST use!!!!! My grand daughters are far from abusive with their carseats and were only in my vehicle. The foam has been replaced twice on each, even fixed with tape. I wouldn't wish this booster on my worst enemy. Total waste of money.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This car seat is really pretty but the starafoam began to fall apart all over my vehicle seats. I called and they sent new starafoam to put in. Also when my car leans over to buckle her seat the belt comes out so it has to be rethread end every time which is a pain seeing these are in the third row. I called and they said that I should be buckling her up myself every time. I disagree. My 7 year old should be able to buckle without the darn seatbelt falling out of the seat.</span>

<span itemprop="description">pro: Seat is very comfortable, my older daughter loves it, it gives her ample headroom and she can sleep comfortably on long or late trips. We use it in the 2nd row of our minivan ( it does not fit in the 3rd row in the higher adjustments ). She can buckle it easily herself.
Con: There is a definite potential safety issue here in certain minivans. I believe it is caused by the combination of my van's seatbelt and the very narrow shoulder beltguide in the carseat. If my daughter leans forward and then goes back to the correct position the seatbelt does not always retract. The same thing can happen when I buckle her in, sometimes I have to pull up a few times to make the seatbelt retract fully. She has learned to tighten it herself but she may not always notice. Just one more thing to think about on a crazy morning... moms with multiple children may have a hard time with it...
I have a fairly new Dodge but have heard of this occuring in the Chrysler van as well. I have trouble rating this seat, without the retraction issue I would give it 5 stars... I also have trouble recommending it to other moms who drive minivans but would highly recommend it for use in other vehicles
On a sidenote, the styrofoam has not broken like others have stated and we have had the seat for 6 months. It did 2x on my daughter's expensive britax boulevard carseat though and that had excellent ratings. Customer service suggested taping the replacement foam they sent with duct tape for reinforcement before reattaching to carseat. No joke. It was completely ridiculous but it worked...</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this Booster for my (at the time) 6 year old daughter. She loves the black and pink combo, the cup holders, and the comfy seat. I love the height adjustment feature and the ability to make it backless when she is ready for that style. Great seat!</span>
