His torso is too long so his shoulders rest right up against the head rest (which cannot be adjusted or removed). It was especially disappointing because I ordered it to our hotel we were traveling to in order to have a booster seat on arrival. We've had to make other arrangements for him. The other seat we bought fits our daughter who is 43&quot; tall and about 42 lbs. If your child is over this height, is suggest getting a booster without a back, or a different high back booster. I find the harness straps difficult to tighten and they only loosen minimally in order to get him out. He only weighs 40lbs currently so as he gets bigger (closer to the 65lb max), it will be very difficult to get him in and out I&rsquo;m sure. The cup holders are annoying because they fall off with the slightest bump. It was also difficult to install very tightly. I will not buy this model again for our other vehicle.
