These play yards are such a great deal because of the many different uses and the length of time you are able to use it. We used it while we traveled and it was great because it folds up so nicely. The diaper holder and toy bar are nice little added features that make it a little more special. The neutral print is great too for someone who prefers more toned down colors. It does more than other playards out there. Great quality, stylish and easy to use as well. My child will use it from the infant stage to about two years old. The mat with toy bar attachment can be used by itself so I hav/d no need to buy an additional play mat. The changing attachment and raised bed make it perfect for using with a newborn. It is lightweight and can be moved easily throughput my house, when visiting family or with travel. It closes down into a secure case that keeps it clean and all together. It also has a supply/accessories storage holder which I use for diapers, wipes, spare clothes, and other essentials I need close by. Assembly couldn't have been easier and the instructions store in an attached pocket in case I need them. The colors and quality are on point and I know my playard will last me through a few kiddos! It was just what we needed since she is a very busy baby and occasionally, we just need to put her somewhere safe to get things done. She had never been in a playyard before, so it is still somewhat new and novel and she seems happy in it. First off, upon opening the box, I searched high and low for instructions to put the yard together. I could not find them and assumed they were missing. Located the assembly instructions online and tried to put it together. Later found the booklet in a pocket under the bassinet. I found it very confusing to assemble--there is so much that could be done to improve the instructions and make them clearer and more organized. It took me over 30 minutes to figure out how to do it--most was done without the confusing booklet. As I was putting it together, I had some observations--I felt like it was flimsy and of so-so quality. I realized that made the product lighter and better for travel, but the sacrifice is comfort and longevity of the product. I have no comparison to other brands, so this may be normal for the price point. The &quot;mattress&quot; would not be at all comfortable for sleep as it is very thin and has folds in it, but it can do if needed. The bassinet was similar--again, a very flimsy feeling item with poles covering only by the thin &quot;mattress&quot;. Even the changing pad is of poor quality, though an appreciated addition to the unit. I like the &quot;bonus&quot; compartment for diapers, toys, etc that attaches to the playyard. What I did like was the gender-neutral colours, the light weight of the product and the compact fold with the storage bag. This would be fantastic as a back-up sleeper for travel or if occasionally used. It works fine as a place to put baby to play when a safe place is needed. Having the mobile and the ability to have a separate playmat is appreciated as is the zipped compartment to hold diapers and toys (so baby can't reach them). These additions show me that Evenflo knows what parents appreciate and has made the extra step to help me be a better parent. Where this playyard could be improved is in the cushioning of the &quot;mattress&quot; and by having better quality materials on the parts that baby touches. The instruction book must have a makeover--please make this clearer and easier to find the instructions for each piece. Number them and make the drawings much clearer. In summary, this product would be best for travel or short containments at home for play. It would work best with younger babies for sleep and changing--there is no way I would attempt to change an &quot;older&quot; baby on it as it doesn't feel strong enough for a wiggler. Buy it when the baby is young so you can maximize your use of it and be prepared to put your own blanket or sheet under the baby. Have plenty of time to learn how to put it up and down--there are tricks to it and you can only know if you read the book. I did feel like it was a bit tricky to get it set up the first time but it is not an issue since I hope to leave it in my living room. We got this for our youngest child (we have two older kids), and the playard came in just before we left for a family wedding, so we didn't have time to try it at home. We couldn't have picked a better playard. The wheels are HUGE! In the middle of the night where the baby was sleeping was getting really warm, we didn't need to worry about waking her, we just simply held up one side, slowly wheeled it a better spot and she slept thru the entire thing! My husband (isn't handy AT ALL!) has the entire thing including accessories attached in less then five minutes! It is so steady and well built was one of the first things he said to me! The changing table and storage spaces was awesome and so helpful to keep us organized in our hotel room, we didn't have the baby's things All over the place, and the mobil was really fun for her to gaze at, she woke up in the middle of the night didn't make a sound and was just laughing at the animals, BIG WIN! Pack up was even easier then set up. I detached a few of the accessories, pulled out the bottom of the bed and boom! It was all done! Slipped right in and we were ready to go. My six year old was able to help me move it to our car, another MASSIVE WIN! Light weight and strong! You will not regret getting this! I had a hard time finding the instructions (it was under the mattress) so I started constructing it on my own and it is very straight forward, but the instructions were helpful when it came to attaching the bassinet to the playard. The bassinet attaches easily and feels extremely secure. The changing table attachment can be moved so it doesn't stay sitting over the bassinet which makes me feel more secure about my baby's safety when sleeping. While I appreciate the additional storage unit on the side, I wish there were more underneath storage. There is so much open space underneath the bassinet that adding storage shelves would be easy. The design is adorable and perfect for my little boy. I love the toy attachment that comes with it. It attaches easily to the playard and to the mattress when it is taken out and used as a playmat. I like how versatile this playard is. My daughter loved laying and looking up at the elephants. I especially love the size of it! It&rsquo;s perfect for travel without taking too much space. I thought the bedding was comfortable and folded up easy. I did have a little trouble putting it together but once you do it a couple times it&rsquo;s easy to get the hang off. This playard is definitely an upgrade. The changing table feels very secure compared to my old playard. Plus, the changing table can be easily moved out of the way when it&rsquo;s not needed. The bassinet is very securely attached. I love the side storage. So far, we have used this at home as a crib for downstairs but we are about to travel and I will be taking this with us. The quality of hotel cribs can vary and they aren&rsquo;t always available during busy holidays. The foldout changing table feels more stable than similar products out there and the fact that it easily folds out of the way is a really nice feature. My only negative so far is the bassinet insert covers the mesh sides completely and was a little difficult to install at first. I do not think we will use the playard with the bassinet installed. The first two don&rsquo;t come close to how convenient this one is. I have an 18 month old that has napped in it and a new week old baby that I&rsquo;ve begun using it for as a night time sleeping space/changing area. It&rsquo;s extremely easy to put together and take down. I&rsquo;ve moved it from room to room multiple times and it hasn&rsquo;t been an issue at all. I love the color and pattern, it&rsquo;s very well made and super cute.
