So with my daughter I again wanted an evenflo car seat. The all in one car seats are fairly new to me, they weren&rsquo;t a thing with my first. I LOVE the idea of only needing to purchase one car seat that will grow with my child. This car seat definitely feels comfortable, it has an adequate amount of padding, and my daughter fits snuggly in the seat. The straps are easily adjustable to ensure a snug fit. INSTALLATION: the new easy latch system makes installation a breeze. I used to have a really hard time getting a secure fit with older car seats where no matter how hard I tried, the seat would still wiggle. The secure latch system makes it quick and SO EASY, and this seat doesn&rsquo;t budge at all in my car after installation. Gone are the days of sweating and fighting with the base, pushing on the seat and pulling on the belt to try and get a tighter fit. DISLIKES: 1) I wish it had a level on the side like most other carseats to further ensure a proper installation. 2) This car seat it pretty big/wide so it would not be a good option for someone who needs to fit more than one car seat in their car. I drive a midsize SUV, and I wouldn&rsquo;t put more than one in a row. 3) cleaning the car seat is difficult the regular cover/cushion comes off to clean but I couldn&rsquo;t get the car seat straps off to clean them. I couldn&rsquo;t clean them as well as I needed/wanted to without removing them, I could only wipe them down the best I could. My daughter is now 3 1/2yo and this car seat has held up fantastic! I am expecting my 3rd child next month and will be purchasing another soon! My Mother calls my daughter's seat a Cadillac car seat. It is bigger than I expected but honestly I drive a Nissan Sentra &amp; it fits fine. However rides in the front has enough room. I only took 1 star off because it does not recline back enough but as recommended we use a pool noodle to do just that otherwise her head leans forward. Overall, I feel safe with my 19 month old in this seat. Unlike most car seat it does not move or adjust at all. My daughter is 1 and 20lbs there is no way I would have put her in this as an infant she would have slid down and laid on her back rather than her butt like she should be. Her being 1 it still does not fit snug enough for my liking. Not matter how much I tighten it she can slide down in her seat. I feel as though it is made out of very thin plastic. (Just comparing it to car seat I already own)It has a good amount of foam in it. I can bend the sides very easily. I do not like that I can not take the straps out to wash them. I can&rsquo;t even get the middle buckle out. My daughter gets car Sick and not taking out the straps makes it hard to really get clean. I love the new easy latch system. It is extremely easy to install in my car. Just takes seconds. I love this car seat. My son sweats alot so I was looking for something that had the material needed to keep him cool and help regulate his body heat. This was it...man does it feel very comfortable and helped alot with keeping him cool especially when he did the head lean to the side thing. Very soft so I didn't have to sorry at all. Seat is made to be very adjustable according to growth. Rear facing and front facing and booster seat enabling which is a huggggeee plus. Now for my two gripes...1. Rear facing wasn't an issue but when time came to front face I found installation to be a bit challenging. I found a YouTube video and followed the instructions to the letter and still found it to be a bit loose than I wanted. What I did was have my girlfriend sit in the seat because she is only 110 lbs and use her as a counterweight to tighten the seat. It felt more secure that way and also there is a 3rd strap on the back of the car seat that also gets clamped to the back of your car/SUV as well. 2. Removing it to clean it is not too difficult but can be challenging for someone who isn't accustomed to doing it. It can be removed along with the headrest area and I wash it in cold water and I use dreft to avoid scents and I let it tumble dry on permanent press so as to not ruin the material and it is as good as new considering all the food he drops on it. Just putting it back you have to be careful not to forget to put back certain straps in certain areas which I did the first time. Otherwise you will have to remove rinse and repeat ....all in all I love this thing and if you can bypass these 2 issues this seat IS DEFINITELY it. We got the black and red one with a different infant insert though. This one I feel has a poorly designed infant insert, (it is easily removable, which is what we did) it has a bottom piece and a head piece rather than being one long insert, so the middle part where their back goes has no extra padding like their butt and head do, making their head tilt forward too far no matter how far back you tilt the car seat.
