I received them a week ago and have been using them every chance I get. I love how there are no decals/designs/characters on them. I felt like I received a high end expensive bottle without the high price tag. A win-win! I ran out to the store and grabbed one of these bottles and I could defiantly feel the added weight and wished I had grabbed a different bottle to take out on the town. So I won't be taking them along with me outside of the house anymore. As a stay-at-home mom and exclusive breastfeeder, I don't often use bottles. I have never used glass bottles until trying these. I must say, I am very impressed with them and will use them whenever feeding my child from a bottle. I prefer vented bottles to avoid bubbles and an uneasy stomach. These glass bottles have a great venting system. I also really enjoyed the design of the bottles. I was expecting them to be heavy, but they are surprisingly light. Baby took to them right away, after being accustomed to two other brands. I actually thought the nipple looked a little small, but my husband (who feeds baby with bottles of expressed milk) said it was perfect for his mouth, and that he latched on right away. Sounds silly, but it is much heavier, especially for LO learning to hold on her own. Additionally, LO is used to a wider nipple, so it wasn't super successful to try to introduce this bottle at this age (almost 8 months). They don't have a million parts to clean, like other glass bottles do, and the texture of the glass allows for a pretty good grip so I don't worry about dropping them.
