Our only complaint is it makes quite the creaking sound now that we've been using it daily for 6 weeks. It doesn't keep my baby awake or anything but it is kind of annoying. If we hadn't received this as a gift, it would probably bother us more considering the price tag! The removable inserts are lovely for being able to wash messes out quickly and putting them back in is easy! 4 stars because the assembly is quick and easy, it folds nicely and is light enough to move from the nursery to our bedroom when needed. The option for more upbeat music or lullabies is great and we love the nature sounds as well. All in all, will serve our little family well.</span>

All of the swings that we sell in the US meet the swing standard ASTM F2088. There are no standards in the US that mandate a specific seat back angle. We reference this standard on all swing packages. We are also members of JPMA (Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association) which mandates that we have our swings tested to ASTM F2088 by an independent third party test lab. Unfortunately the methods we use for measuring these angles require special gauges and are considered proprietary.

We just bought this and set it up. The swing squeaks and the top of the swing (where the motor and base connects) moves a lot....I think it looks like it's going to break? Is this normal?

We don't have weight limits for this cradle swing. We recommend to use from birth until child becomes active and can climb out of the seat (approximately 9 months).

The Sweet Little Lamb Swing is our newest model. he only differences are the colors, patterns on the pad and the hanging toys.

My granddaughter is 6 months and weighs about 14 lbs. and she is still enjoying. Rocks her to sleep every time. She is not sitting up on her own yet but is trying so i have to buckle her in for safety. I hope this helps.
