It was incredible! I barely make enough for my baby due to some health issues she had which affected my supply being established, and this pump overall including tubing was fantastic. I have tried (sad but true) 7 other pumps and this one is the best of them all. It's extra nice to be able to choose if I want to single pump with this tubing, although I have only double pumped so far personally. I tried 2 other Medela pumps actually which did not work well for me, but this one was different. In my honest opinion, the tubing was super light and easy to use with the pump. My favorite part of the tubing was its three-prong design and lightness. It is very easy to use as a single or double pump and I had no trouble hooking it up to the pump. It also was a pretty good length, but could probably do with a few extra inches. The nicest thing about this new tubing is that the connectors are specific to the pump, so no more pulling off the tubing or getting it snagged on anything - they stay in even when moving around. Hands down, one of the best improvements of pumps I've seen, and I will continue to use it for hopefully many more months. This tubing did just the job it should. It was easy to choose between both single (while nursing on the other side) and double pumping. The tubing did not interfere with anything, and only once did I wish it was about 2 inches longer. It is the perfect length to attach the pump to your belt buckle, set it in your lap in the car, or, while I didn't attempt this one myself, it would be just fine in the backpack that comes with the pump while you sling the bag over your shoulder. It is easy to plug in, and with the plastic adapter tips, I never experienced the tubing just popping off the flanges or machine mid-pump. When used with the Swing Maxi breast pump, it can be used for single or double pumping. Plus, with the Swing Maxi breast pump being a closed system, I never have to worry about milk in the tubing! It's also very convenient to use. The tubing hooks from the pump and right into the pumping parts. While I love how easy and flexible this tubing was to use, I do wish it were longer. Sometimes the shorter tubing works well when I'm at work and can sit when I pump. However, when I try to pump at home (sans pumping bra) I found myself carrying the pump around in order to make the tubing stay connected and not come apart. I was asked to test the Swing Maxi pump, and let me tell you, this had the simplest way to switch from double to double. All you have to do is loop one end around and insert it in the top of the Y. (You can see in the photos). This is so much easier than my old medela pump and some of the others I've seen and used. The tubing is solid and strong and I haven't had any problems with it, but like all parts, eventually it will need to be replaced.
