I like it for the under the nail use, but I don&rsquo;t see a huge need for the miscellaneous one, or the nose one. I have used the ear wax remover a couple of times with little success, because it is so short. I understand it was designed like that to protect the ear but if the wax isn&rsquo;t right outside of the ear then this contraption won&rsquo;t help you, and if it&rsquo;s that far out already it&rsquo;s pretty easy to clean without a special tool. That&rsquo;s just my experience. I do love the design of the tool and the little case that it comes in is handy. I use the baby safe cotton tips and they clean what they can but definitely not entirely. This has been awesome. Doesn&rsquo;t hurt yet gives a super clean scraped feeling and look.
