Refilling the unit is an annoying experience b/c you have to remove the tank and flip it upside down to pour water into it. Pouring filtered water is manageable (still tricky) but pouring distilled water from a 4L jug leaves a pretty big mess. Why not have an opening at the top to pour the water into? Cleaning is not the easiest either. The tank is much smaller than I anticipated, it has trouble adding enough humidity to the room. The tank is very hard to clean inside and the opening to fill the tank is very small, which makes for messy filling. The unit light comes on randomly. There is no way to mute the buttons so when the light is on and we want to shut it off the unit beeps.
